Using your newly delivered app

Congratulations on receiving your new custom application from CodeCraftingLabs! To ensure a smooth and efficient start, we’ve put together this guide to help you get up and running with your new tool. Follow these steps to download, set up, and begin using your application.

Download the Delivered Application

The first step is to download your application from the original delivery platform. Depending on how you received the app, follow the instructions below:

  1. Email - Check your email inbox for a message from us containing the download link. Click on the link to download the application to your computer.
  2. Other platforms - Log in to your account on the respective platform, navigate to the messages or orders section, and find the download link provided by our team.
Extract to a New Folder

Once the download is complete, if the application is delivered as a ZIP file, you’ll need to extract it:

  1. Find the ZIP file in your computer's Downloads folder or the location where you saved it.
  2. Right-click on the ZIP file and select “Extract All” or use your preferred extraction tool (e.g., WinRAR, 7-Zip).
  3. Select a new folder to extract the contents. It’s a good practice to create a dedicated folder for the application to keep everything organized.
  4. Navigate to the newly created folder, and run the application. Usually, it should be a Windows Executable (.exe) file.
Ensure Chromedriver is Updated

Many of our applications require Chromedriver to function correctly. So make sure to update your Chrome browser and Chromedriver files accordingly.

False Positive Antivirus Alarms

Temporarily disable antivirus or firewall software that might be blocking your automation scripts. Some automation techniques can trigger false-positive alarms. However, you won't have to worry about them as long as you are running the originally delivered applications. This step can help ensure that your scripts are not inadvertently blocked or quarantined by your security software.

If you purchased our services through a third-party platform (e.g., Fiverr), kindly use the same platform to contact us using your original account for a seamless support experience.
